For
the fourth year running, Martin
and I are participating in the Open Studios event. Our workshop
and studio will be open from 12-6pm on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15,
Tuesday 17, Wednesday 18, Friday 20, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22.
Extended opening on Thursday 19 from 12-8pm. Martin is also holding his popular 'Try your hand at woodturning' workshops again. Please contact us if you would like to book a place. We are also both participating in the taster exhibition, which runs from 28 May - 3 June, 12-6pm. Latest additions: five new canvasses in Gallery

2007 brought two major new directions in my work. I started painting in
oils, which opened up whole new areas of intense colour and subtle texture.
The results are on show in Gallery
One.
I also developed my use of acrylic inks further by combining them with
acrylic medium and other additives, leading to the calligraphic explorations
in Gallery
Two,
as well as the Zodiac series in Gallery
Five .
